‘Training Management System’ project front end is developed using PHP and for database MySql technology is used. This project can be used for training students, employees of an organization. This software can be helpful for Educational institutes, Private and Public sector organizations. This project can be developed for scheduling online training’s and classroom training’s.
In this PHP project many features are added like: create/post new training, add students to the training program, track of Training histories, Sessions, courses to be offered and also the list of members allocated for the training etc. All the posted trainings can be shared on different social media accounts. This software project works on different modules like Admin module, Student/Employee Module and faculty module.
Admin Module: Admin have the permissions to Add, Edit and Delete training programs, add students, faculties etc. Admin had the permissions to add or delete users into the administrator module. Admin has the permissions to add a student or group of students and allocate them a training course. Admin can schedule or re-schedule the training courses.
Student/Employee Module: Students/Employees will be notified each time they are enrolled for a training course. They can view the on-going and future training details. Students & Employees can request for a training to the faculty or administrator. This project also allows the Students & Employees to enquire or communicate via chat blog.
Faculty Module: Faculties are the trainers who take the training courses. They will be notified each time they are allotted a training course. They can check their schedules and student details.
