Corporate Travel Management is a PHP and MySql project for BTech, MCA or Students from the Information Technology stream. This software project solves the issue of maintaining employee travel information in corporate companies. In corporate companies, executive management team is required to travel for business. All the traveling expenses including air tickets, hotel, and ground transportation are listed in this software.
Corporate Travel Management software will have 4 modules: User module, employee module, management module and admin module. Users are the travel coordinators who work on business travel arrangements for corporate employees and clients. They coordinate with different travel agencies, hotels, air travel agents and enter the details in this software.
Employees are the corporate executives who enter their expenses in this software. They can also add expenses pre-approval and reimbursement details. Management module has an option where they can approve or decline executives pre-approval and reimbursement requests. Admin module controls the whole application.
